Everybody is Rich on Instagram: Reactions as Ifu Ennada’s Claims AMVCA Dress Cost Over N41.5m

Ifu Ennada, a Big Brother Naija 2018 reality TV star, has turned to social media to slam critics of her AMVCA attire.

Recall Ifu wore a mask outfit created by celebrity stylist Toyin Lawani, which received mixed reviews.

The BBNaija actress said in a recent post that her dress was worth millions of naira and that the style was not for the faint of heart.

The Africa Movie Viewers’ Choice Awards may have ended, but it appears that the buzz has not died down among fans and celebrities. Ifu Ennada was one of the celebrities who attended the event, and she wore a Toyin Lawani gown.

Ifu responded to the criticisms with a new post in which she stated that she was not one to please others and that her goal was to ‘scatter’ everywhere, which she accomplished.

People who had not traveled outside of Africa had no right to criticize Toyin Lawani’s appearance, according to the reality star, who described her as a designer “far ahead of her time.”

She then proceeded to make a claim for N41.5 million ($100,000) for her whole appearance.

“My entire look is worth over 100k USD… Yes,” she writes in one of her Instagram post.

Her post includes the following passage: “My entire look is worth over a million dollars… Yes, you read that correctly. So you have no right to talk on my Look until you have at least $10,000 USD in a domiciliary account.

If you’re a broke a$s, keep away from criticizing my clothes. The goal was not to win best dressed, but to bring the Met Gala to the AMVCA, which I accomplished.”
