Movie producer and convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein has been charged with a 3rd case ofalleged sexual abuse in the Los Angeles.
Prosecutors said the charge of sexual battery associated with the alleged assault of a lady at a Beverly Hills hotel in 2010.
They had initially interviewed her as a corroborating witness, but she had recently provided new information to point out the alleged assault happened within the 10-year statute of limitations.
The charge has been added to a l. a. case that alleges Weinstein, 68, the producer Most Movies like English Patient and
Shakespeare crazy , sexually assaulted two women in separate incidents in 2013.
In February, Weinstein was convicted in February of rape and sexual abuse in ny and is serving a 23-year prison sentence.
