Who wouldn’t jump at the chance to choose between two countries as their citizens? It’s undoubtedly an opportunity that everyone would relish.

When someone has dual citizenship, it simply means that he or she has citizenship in more than one country. Citizenship can be obtained through birth, naturalization, parents, or marriage. It is worth noting that some Nigerian celebrities have taken advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Shan George, an actress, was born in Cross River state to a Nigerian mother and a British father, making her a Britton-Nigerian.

Deborah Oluwaseyi Joshua, better known as Deborah Oluwaseyi Joshua, was born in Tottenham, London, United Kingdom. She was born in the United Kingdom. She began visiting Nigeria when she was two years old and went on to attend the Command High School in Maryland, Lagos.
