According to a Nigerian nurse who recently relocated to the United Kingdom, life in the UK is not as nice as she had hoped.
In a popular video, a young lady says she moved to the United Kingdom because of the positive things she’d heard about it, but once she arrived, she found it was overhyped.
The lady expressed her discontent with the high cost of living in the United Kingdom, claiming that after receiving her wage and seeing the bills she will be left with almost nothing.
She remarked that Africa is fortunate, and that putting food on the table in the United Kingdom is difficult. She remarked that Africa is blessed and that putting food on the table in the United Kingdom is difficult, but she does not want to return to Nigeria until things improve.
“Na overhyping dem hype am, na em bring me here, na em bring me here, na em bring me here, na em bring me here, na em bring me here, na e I awoke to see my salary… By the time you pay your house rent, council tax, gas, and water bills.
If you know somebody who wants to come to the UK, don’t tell them congratulations because it’s a struggle here; you’re trying to eat and pay your bills.
It’s nice here, and I’m not planning on returning to Nigeria until circumstances improve. However, they exaggerate the event.” In part, she stated.
