The members of Delta State Taskforce on Environment in collaboration with Nigeria police as well as ministry of environment in the early hours of today has demolished illegal shops attached to building along main market, Ogbe-Ijoh in Warri South Local Government Area, Delta state.
The operation led by the Chairman, Evang. Sylvester Oromoni and his team bulldozed all illegal shops attached to Sephina/Sephe Nig Ltd, thereby clearing the traffic leading to Ogbe-ljoh market.
Evang. Oromoni warned market women to trade in their stores, stressing that anyone caught henceforth extending their shops would be arrested by law enforcement agencies in order to face the heavy weight of the law.
However, the Chairman was accompanied by the Coordinator Delta South and Central, Comr. Kingsley Iweka, the SA Special duties, Hon. Akpojotor among others.
