Manchester United will have to pay £7million if they want to sack Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, according to reports.
The Norwegian is under considerable threat of being sacked by the Old Trafford board after leading the club to their worst ever Premier League start.

The Portuguese was given a hefty £19.6m pay off before Christmas last year, understandable given his £15m a year salary. And given the fact the club paid out David Moyes’ contract following his sacking in 2014, Ed Woodward was keen to avoid another expensive mistake.
It is understood Solskjaer will receive a far lower pay out than Mourinho because he earns around £9m less per year at the club.
Mike Phelan, Solskjaer’s assistant, would be expected to lose his job, although it remains to be seen if Michael Carrick and Kieran McKenna would keep their jobs.
